I went to Black Dog to rent air compressor for winterizing sprinkler system and could not get for 2 weeks. They called later to confirm reservation and when picking up they were great to deal with. Also when returning equipment they were very helpful.

What a great group of people at Black Dog. We had a high lift rented and had some issues with a couple days remaining, Called and they sent a technician right out to try to fix. He was unsuccessful, so they brought us another lift at no charge. Great Customer Service!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend them. Can't thank you all enough!!!!

I have now rented a couple times from Black Dog and each time was an excellent experience. They are very helpful and the equipment is in great shape. Eric even drove all the way out to my house when I had a concern about the cherry picker I rented. I will definitely be back when I need to rent equipment. These guys are great!!
